How long does the ordering process take from shopping to the finished product in hand?
After you have ordered a colorful horse stable shield, a design will be made by me. It takes between 2-4 business days until I send you this file, depending on the order situation. If you want further changes, they will also be adjusted in 1-2 business days. After receipt of payment, the sign is sent into print. This usually lasts 10 days. Roughly, the shield can be said to be about 2-3 weeks in production.
How big should the photos be for a print?
The bigger the better. However, I don’t need RAW data with 30 MB. Photos with a dimensions of at least 1000 px (length of the largest page) are best suited. The size of the images can be viewed with a simple right click on the photo. As a rule of thumb, you can say that photos with 1 MB-4 MB are definitely good enough. Screenshots are not suitable because they are extremely downsized.
Where do I upload the photos for my pit sign?
In the checkout area of the website (where you also provide your contact details) you have space to upload your photos and the information about the horse. You can attach up to 8 photos directly. If you want to send me a lot more photos because you order several signs, please upload the pictures in a Dropbox and send me the link in the box “Info about the horse”
What program do you use to process the signs?
I work with Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.
How many changes are included in the price?
Of course, I want your pit sign to be exactly what you want, but I can’t make unlimited changes to your shield and therefore limit the number to 5 changes included in the price. For each additional change, an additional expense of 5,00 € is estimated.
However, I always correct spelling errors as often as necessary.
How do I claim a sign when it arrives broken or I'm not satisfied with the quality?
Unfortunately, in few cases, damage may occur by post or a product delivered to an inferior. Please write to me directly in such a case. We will certainly find a solution to this. I am happy to produce your shield again.
Spelling mistakes on the sign, now what?
I can’t control every name or date of birth, so it’s important to look closely at the designs. I do not accept any liability for errors that only stand out after the printing. In such a case, I offer to reprint the sign for part of the print price (based on material).

I ship all over Europe. Within Germany, shipping is 4,90 € and to all other European countries 8,90 €.
I would like to order the same sign again, is that possible?
You can order the same sign again. This does not cost the full price, because I have already created the design. 30 % reduced (without extras!) costs another sign with the same design, no matter what material you take.
I have ordered, received a draft, but I do not want a sign.
If you decide against a pit sign by Sophie Kunterbunt according to the design creation, 22,00 € processing fees will apply. These are also due no later than five days after the design has been submitted.
